Protect yourself from online negative word of mouth... Recently while perusing search engines, I found a negative patient statement about one of my clients. My client didn't even know this problem existed. In this case, I was able to easily rectify the situation by requesting removal of the comment.
Make a note on your calendar, every month or so, for you or a team member to search your name on major search engines. Many dentists are still unaware of sites like doctoroogle or yelp, public sites where patients can post their personal opinions about their dental experiences- positive or negative. It doesn't cost anything to police your online reputation, yet it can prove invaluable.
